Pros

The health benefits and paid time off, hire w/in the system after 1 year commitment, the overall guiding principals and behaviors make it a unique environment unlike most big businesses.

Cons

If you are a newer employee, with an education and years of experience it is very difficult to get into a position that is equal to or one step below where your last job was. Most often one has to start at the bottom and work up. W/ experience and education, this is alot to ask in combination w/ extremely low wage, and a full year commitment before looking w/in the system. hard to live on low salary. With a very low salary, they give you tons and tons of work to do.

Relaxed, non competetive work environment, seniority seems to take a priority in management decisions, there is a lack of accountability in the analyst side of TIS

Cons

Lack of attainable and quantifiable goals doesn't give much incentive for people to work hard, it's a slow work environment
