Pros
Trinity Health has a strong mission and well-defined purpose. The values are well thought out by the founding sisters, and ministries recently acquired. I respect the new CEO and COO who are attempting to make a difference to ensure the company’s sustainability. Enjoyed working with a dynamic team, but unfortunately the most talented do not stay due to reckless politics practiced by long-term leaders.
Cons
While there were many downsides, there is one word that rings true if one should decide to work for Trinity Health – Beware. Middle management, upper management, and senior leaders use words like “plausible deniability.”. Because of this, there is little tribal knowledge or accountability. This mindset has stunted operational growth, and in some areas, this organization operates in the dark ages.
