Pros

Supportive and kind management team Great benefits Excellent pay

Cons

field sales (door to door) is a very difficult job - must be willing to work in miserable weather, dedicate free time to practicing pitch, work weekends and late hours. long pto delay (180 days employment to use) moderate healthcare delay (60 days to use)

Thank you for sharing your experience—we really appreciate your thoughtful and balanced feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with management, compensation, and benefits. At the same time, we understand that field sales can be a demanding role, with long hours, challenging conditions, and a significant time commitment. We also hear your concerns around the timing of PTO and healthcare eligibility, and we recognize how important early access to these benefits can be. Feedback like yours is valuable as we continue to evaluate and improve the overall employee experience. Thank you again for your input—it helps us better support our teams.

Pros

- Very easy to get hired - Good way to make some quick money - Good experience in handling rejection

Cons

- Constant quota stress - Management can get harsh with people who are underperforming, and if you are below quota after 2 months you will get let go no matter how you were doing before - Tuesday-Saturday Schedule with work ending at 7:30 during spring and summer months. If you get no leads one day (bagel) you're required to come in an hour early unpaid the next day.
