Pros

Trip.com is a place where you can grow quickly if you are open to challenges. Working here has given me exposure to colleagues across different regions such as China, Japan, Korea and I have learned a lot from cross-cultural projects. The environment is very dynamic. There are always new initiatives. Locally, the Bangkok site has a supportive atmosphere with team-building activities and recognition events that make people feel connected. I also appreciate the benefits such as EAP support, which show the company genuinely cares about employee well-being.

Cons

The fast pace and frequent changes can sometimes feel overwhelming. Priorities may shift quickly and you need to adapt and re-prioritize often. For some people this can be stressful, but it is also a valuable chance to build resilience, learn agility, and gain experience in a truly global business environment.
