Pros

Management is open and easy to approach for discussions. Development opportunities are there. Very safe working environment. Free Hot drinks in both kitchen areas. Hybrid working.

Cons

Unfortunately very limited on-site parking. Not many cons myself as I've seen a lot of change in the last year for the better.

Dynamic, international environment. The support of an established company combined with a start-up mentality. I have personally had great opportunities to progress in my career in my time here.

Cons

Headquartered in China, this means that time difference and sometimes language barriers can slow down communication
