Pros

-Beautiful, central offices with lots of activities/perks -Very attractive entry salary for call centre roles in comparison to local market -Regular salary reviews and internal promotion cycles, encouraging talent! -Recent proposals for regional change and development of people have been welcomed and encouraged by HQ showing a change in mindset and willingness to adapt to UK culture.

Cons

- HQ are still a little bit scared of giving us autonomy to make decisions that are locally and culturally appropriate. - The structure of the company takes some time to understand!

Pros

1) Recently received a cost of living payment 2) A recent and very fair salary review for management, considering we are travel company coming out of a pandemic!! 3) Healthsheild benefits for claiming back on a variety of different perks. 4) We receive Trip coins every year! 5) A leader who really cares about people and puts them first. Lot's of opportunities to voice opinions on what's going well and what can be improved. 6) Clear to see the direction we are heading in, with KPI and market improving by the month.

Cons

1) Can sometimes be a negative attitude from TL's, which can factor down into the agents. 2) Micro manage culture can come from HQ with very tight deadlines and no appreciation for ways of working in EU.
