Pros

I have had the opportunity to work multiple different contracts, for different clients, which has provided me with a well rounded view of the defense contracting world.

Cons

The industry is shrinking, causing reductions in pay, number of employees and overall size of contracts. Though not 100% the companies fault, it is still a negative aspect to consider. As with all contracts - nothing is guaranteed.

They hired weak personnel from western Uganda who were so corrupt and made Triple Canopy to lose many contracts.
