Has Changed for the worse

Pros

When tasked to do so, you can make a real difference in the performance of the company. Generally speaking the people are awesome and good team-members. Pay is great at HQ, probably too high for most people.

Cons

Too many unqualified people are allowed too make out of their lane decisions that affect other people's work and jobs. Recent layoffs were handled VERY poorly by HR. Not a lot of recent contract wins.

Fast paced, competitive pay, international assignments

Cons

It used to be a fun place to work, but too many changes have made this company in to a "cut throat, look out for yourself only environment"; upper leadership micro manages every detail and becomes a huge bottleneck on getting anything done; no work life balance
