Triple Canopy really takes care of their people, from the time I was there to the time I left I saw nothing but them investing in their workers at all levels and giving back in a variety of ways to all.

Cons

I really cant think of any cons regarding Triple Canopy.

not the best at letting people know that the company is having issues winning contracts.

Poor managers and execs have no idea what is going on at lower levels.

Pros

Free breakfast on Fridays, monthly catered breakfast. Plenty of holidays and paid vacation time (but you WILL need it!)

Cons

No maternity leave policy AT ALL, managers with NO experience and NO education. People on the lower levels are more qualified than their superiors but will still be treated like idiots. No one really cares about career growth or company morale as long as the higher ups keep making the big bucks while doing nothing.
