The work schedule is very flexible and the atmosphere is great! The Senior leadership has changed over the last few years but not drastically and the core principles/values have stayed consistent. Everyone is down to earth and really loves coming to work every day. I have worked for various government contractors in the area and none of them compare to the generosity and pleasant treatment Triple Canopy gives to their employees.

Cons

Single scope of work. The company currently is geared directly toward physical security in foreign countries, with the government reducing forces in these countries we have been forced to look at new opportunities which does'nt feel secure for long term job security.

They plan as best as they can in this business. If you have a specialty skill, medic, DDM, terp you are much better off.

Cons

Its PMC contract work, so you always have the ever present uncertainty looming over you. Visa crisis is always problem. Moved around to lots of different teams.
