Decent Logistics compared to their competition.

Cons

Triple Canopy seems to have a difficult time getting rid of task order / site/ country managers that are either incompetent or corrupt. Pay & benefits kept getting reduced. "Good old boy" syndrome.

When working on the commercial side you had great leadership and were taken care of.

Cons

When working on the DoS side you had to watch your back from your own teammates and it seemed that mindset was pushed down from management.
