Not a fair and equal workplace environment. No internal job postings or communication for open positions, employees were selected by leadership and were exclusively always male employees. Many roles condensed into one, unclear company goals, no focus on personal development or career growth and divided workplace between departments.

Someone said in another review that the company treats employees like chess pieces. They hit the nail on the head. This company focuses on squeezing the most they can out of employees while doing the very bare minimum to alleviate workload. The company should be growing and scaling operations at this stage. But, the reality is the company is scraping by due to poor leadership. Rather than investing in tech and growing teams to achieve long-term growth, they focus on initiatives that deliver short-term results. In summary, avoid this company if you can.
