Pros
Trovata has been the best place I've worked in my career so far. It's a true start up, where the business grows fast and presents new opportunities for everyone. Product is clearly fitting a need in the marketplace. Engineering team knows what they're doing, and management has all been successful in their roles more than once at prior companies. Having the largest bank in the country as an early investor gives instant credibility on sales calls.
Cons
It's early on, so there's a lot of educating prospects on who we are and what we do. Not a ton of marketing and sales ops support, but that will change as we continue grow.
