Pros

Benefits and pay are competitive. A lot of work schedule freedom.

Cons

Management, engineering and product teams have massive egos and do not care about customer feedback. Direction of the company changes every quarter. Dissent or any criticism of the product is silenced and people have been let go for it. Huge divide between product / engineering and customer facing teams that is actively perpetuated by management. CEO engages in unbridled male favoritism and picks and chooses who he wants for what role without any interview process. Trovata irresponsibly hires and when it can no longer afford the competitive pay packages it promised, it lays off 10%+ of the workforce at a time, ruining morale and instilling distrust. CEO never takes any accountability for the layoffs and decisions, constantly places blame on the board for any and every personnel decision.

Pros

Fast development cycles (shame no real QA).

Cons

Treats people like pawns in a chess game. Recruits and hires people then has layoffs just months later. Then does it all again. Constantly changing directions and focus. Very poor senior management, including the CEO.

Pros

I recently onboarded as a Sales Director at Trovata and it has been a great experience. My co-workers are extremely resourceful and willing to help out in a moments notice. Coming from a later-stage company, I was impressed with Trovata's tech stack. Candidly - it's stacked, and has been extremely helpful for training and overall onboarding. The solution itself Trovata provides is quite fascinating and has a clear green-field ahead of it. I am also continually impressed with our meetings in the sense that everyone can be a contributor to the growth and success of Trovata down the line.
