Great Company to work for!

Pros

The company has very friendly people to work with, exciting project always awaiting. Able to learn new essential skills that will help me grow career wise. Management is very understandable when it comes to family emergencies/well-being. Flexible hours especially with kids being at school.

Cons

Compensation is not great but ok. Technical Environment may not be up-to-date but catching up..

Company is diverse as we are the last line of quality for all things Ford Motor. Lots of training available. Many excellent people.

Cons

Mid-managers lack accountability for training requirements that are in place. The company is weak on successor depth and core value training and implementation.
