Good as a starting position

Cons

Low pay and promotion wall (Good Old Boy network lead by the very top). Do not think you will be elevated based on strengths and knowledge - they preach learning but fail to award. Pay based on the market not a salary survey you read once a year

Great Health insurance and PTO. Ford A Plan discounts Other employee's are friendly Upper management is generally friendly Little to no WFH opportunities Note: John Lowery is longer CEO. Ford managers now run the business.

Cons

Little to no room for growth. No direction on how to move up in company. No formal training for new employees. Quickly loosing work and major layoffs. Pay doesn't keep up with inflation.
