      Pros

      Don’t fall for the first page of reviews. They’re all doctored with positive reviews with an employee of tru green to make this look like an appealing job. Once you get to page 2. The real reviews from past employers begin. Not a single pro at this place.

      Cons

      They don’t care about their employees. They will make you hire and staff and not disclose to them about the 5 month lay off at the end of September. It’s all door to door. The pay structure is abysmal. They also work the staff Monday thru sat. About 65 hours a week. It equates to less than minimum wage when you divide it all out. The technology is also from the stone ages. They also bully and apply scare tactics with employees on a regular basis. Stay as far away from this place !

      There was absolutely nothing i like about this job.

      Their employee turnover is absolutely massive for a reason. They will force you to work well over 60 hours a week on salary (commission is a joke) and constantly threaten to fire you if you cant. Management is a complete joke and are to worried about losing their jobs to care about the employees. During covid they forced me into treating yards and made me take a work truck without and A/C in august in Houston. During that time, I became so heat stressed I passed out. Management sent some one to get me and sent me home, only to put some one else in the same truck without A/C.

      None absolutely nothing. Run or just avoid period. You will be part of a hell bound train

      Cons

      The whole company is basically. Work 65-70 hours for no reason at all. Only job I've ever had that made me feel what slavery was like.
