Pros

Decent pay. Paid holidays. You can accumulate PTO. Commission is uncapped. Training was alright and somewhat decent into getting you out there in the field and start selling.

Cons

Most of the managers on the sales end are understanding and very helpful. As for the CS side you have to cross your fingers and hope that at least one of the managers cares about helping you. It's difficult selling your own service when you know there are local companies out there that are more reputable and cheaper than what this company offers to consumers. This company has definitely been cutting corners over time in its own workforce, management, services, etc... Which in turn makes it more difficult to work within this company in keeping up with numbers and retaining customers.

Pros

The interview process was fast and efficient I understood what I was getting into when I took the job Video training was probably the best part of the training process

Cons

My in-person training was 95% my trainer trying to force me into joining his religious cult and 5% phone calls from the office because I faked heat stroke to get out of having to be anywhere near my trainer Management is excellent at belittling their employees I've been accused of faking illness after having explained to my manager that I have an auto-immune disorder (during my training as well as during the interview process) - someone within the office got the flu and I ended up catching the same thing shortly after and which caused me to become unable to work, 2 days later I was back in the office and basically ridiculed in front of the entire sales team for needing a sick day while multiple members of the team were even saying I shouldn't be allowed to work with how sick I was (no insurance or benefits until you hit 90 days of employment so I was not going to pay the bare minimum of $800 for a doctor to tell me there's nothing they can do but wait for the illness to run it's course)

Pros

Pay is great and there’s always opportunity to make more Can easily be a very peaceful job especially on the days there’s good weather Hours are long but time goes by quick and schedule is flexible

Cons

You’re basically taught to provoke aggression out of people and that’s not safe considering you’re out walking in random neighborhoods by yourself Leadership is a factor that can cause you to lose sales. EQUAL opportunities and/or rewards are not given Equipment doesn’t work more times than less and management will just say that’s an excuse If the customer genuinely doesn’t want the service you WILL be held accountable because you couldn’t some how make them want the service They don’t really care about the customer. Money and sales is all they care about I did not feel like my safety was taken into consideration
