Pros

1. Most of the people working there were nice. @. Can't think of anything else.

Cons

1. Ridiculous schedules. Some days they wanted you to do 28 lawns and gave you 15 minutes to do a lawn and get to the next stop. 2. Dragging hundreds of feet of hose up hills around lawn furniture and pools and whatever else happened to be there. 3. Total grunt work using broken equipment and outdated trucks. 4. Came home covered in herbicides and whatever. 5 Seriously, this was the worst job of my life. I lasted 4 weeks and halfway thru the last day I drove the truck back and handed the manager the keys and told him I quit. 6. Almost forgot, my feet were bloody and blistered every day.

Pros

If you like working outside and not having someone watch over you all day this is the perfect job for you.

Cons

This was absolutely the worst job you can ever have. At the Grand Prairie branch they pick your territory by the color of your skin. Don't expect much training on product or sales methods. It's marketing company that will hire anyone with a pulse. As long as you can hit 125 doors a day they get what they want. Every morning you get to go in the office and hear how terrible you are as a sales team.

Pros

Absolutely none what so ever.

Cons

There are too many to list so just from that you can assume how complete slavery this is. You will work every Saturday because budget from lazy and dishonest "regional managers HA" is completely unrealistic. Even if you did hit it there is numerous ways they can say, yup you slaves are working Saturday!! Might as well spit on your lawn it would do a better job as they water down useless fertilizer from outside sources, not there own make at all. Work from sun up to past dark trying to just make people mad and annoyed at you for trying to steal their money for a product that might as well come out of a ducks butt. Commission is made by the corporate dirt bags and you might make $40 bucks commission for 60 hours of work or a few thousand bucks in revenue. STAY AWAY, BECOME HOMELESS OVER THIS YOU WILL HAVE A BETTER LIFE!
