Atrocious

Pros

High quality waterproof boots included.

Cons

Micromanaged, management lacks integrity, they work you like a rented mule, mandatory overtime ( like 55hrs/wk + Saturdays) and an unwillingness to allow employees to take personal time off, like for Doctor's appointments. Management is really unconcerned about the employees and view them as disposable. This is the worst job I have EVER had. ZERO work life balance.

Awful organization

Pros

Absolute none. Don’t work here.

Cons

Worst job in America. They treat the employees very poorly. They will lie to your face in interview and then lay off the entire sales staff for months every winter. They will work you like 65 hours a week and every Saturday which equates to less than minimum wage. Commission is rigged to favor the company. Impossible to make a livable wage here.
