Pros

They provide a laptop and monitor for employment.

Cons

Salary is below average, they attempt to offset with annual bonuses, but business isn't good enough to meet targets to obtain bonus. Company culture is a culture of micro management, you will be micromanaged by your manager, in addition to managers from other departments, even as a manager. Culture is toxic, people will take credit for your work and then get promotions from it. History of unethical behavior from leadership, many complaints to the ethics line.

Toxic and Stressful Work Culture

Pros

Remote work for recruiters Decent sourcing and recruitment tools

Cons

Low-vibrational managers and team leads who ridicule and unnecessarily micromanage their teams for sport Low morale across every recruitment team - lack of motivation and overall burnout that has resulted in illness for some Poor training and treatment of temporary employees - major scapegoating by inept managers who lack leadership and shouldn't be in the role. Top leadership cares more about a PGA partnership because they're the only people who can afford to golf. Unachievable bonus structure for full-time employees. How do you retain hires when your company's reputation is in the toilet? Lower than market pay rates for some of the regions we recruit for - not competitive at all Nearly every recruiter works after hours and on weekends to meet weekly offer goals and ensure new hires show up for their start dates. Remote work does not equate to work-life balance. Apathetic work culture - employees shouldn't experience nervous breakdowns before, during, and after work hours.

Pros

Good Hourly Pay. No Experience Needed For Job Entry.

Cons

Equipment Always Breaking Down And Not Getting Fixed. Everything About This Company Is Automated And Works Against The Employee And The Customers. All Management And Corporate Care About Is Numbers And Percentages. So Therefore You Will Always Fall Below Your Goal For The Day On Successful Stops Along Your Route. Customers Are Always Canceling And Regardless If It Is Your Fault Or Not, It Always Gets Counted Against You And Your Successful Stop Percentage Rate! This Company Doesn't Care About Their Employees Or Their Customers As They Are Always Trying To Sneak Onto Customer's Properties Without Them Being Home And Do Services Under The Radar Of The Customer And Charge Them For It! No Room For Advancement!
