Good comradely… Once was a pretty decent company…
Cons
Awful pay, Rip off customers by only doing half the lawn… No customer support… Horrible hours,.. pathetic vehicular re- imbursement… ( 20 cents per mile!?) Medical insurance downgraded to almost non-existence for non management employees…( who still have/ had Blue Cross) Commission plans keep getting increasingly confiscatory towards employees! Hedge fund took over very little about the customer advising & trusting relationship side of business … Apparently back ground of one was at Pepsi & equated success with selling a six pack of Pepsi. ( Commodity… oops )…but simultaneously wanting to squeeze ever dollar possible out of their investment..,
