Pros

-Flexible -Great Coworkers -Hardworking field techs -Good operations supervisors -Great Support staff

Cons

-No vision from CEO. All about him, still living in his world of cookies. -Executive Leadership team is weak, does not understand the customer experience or providing a quality product -Divisional senior management does not understand motivation. Allows Sales Reps break code of conduct and payroll procedures to meet corporate goals. Encourages breaking company policies and procedures to meet their goal. Ethics are thrown out the window.

Pros

Not sure. You have a job with a leading co. in the lawn care industry. That's about it. You definitely will learn how to sell on the phone.

Cons

Poor Mgmt. and customer service. TruGreen is only concerned about sales. They encourage you to lie to customers and reward you for it. Very unprofessional co. They only pay 20 cents a mile for the mileage on your own vehicle. They care nothing about their employees. Very poor morale. Show favoritism to certain people. The sales representative job is really a call center type of job. They expect 150-200 phone calls a day. In person/cold-calling calls are very hard. You have to develop your own leads. The technicians cost the sales people a lot of lost sales/money by not doing their job properly and ghosting (not showing up) customers. Horrible pay for what you have to deal with on a daily basis. They pay no OT, even when you work 50 hours a week and Saturdays.
