While all companies experience turnover, our turnover rate is reasonable and we work to ensure regular feedback is shared with employees so they know where they stand. Chaotic but Good Benefits

Pros

The main pros are related to benefits - health insurance covered 100%, unlimited time off policy, fully remote. The people (outside of management) were always awesome and great colleagues to work with

Cons

This company is all over the place. Their vision has changed a hundred times, the new CEO used to be a CFO and it shows. He operates the business like a CFO would. He shows little compassion and is condescending. The whole C-suite are just his former friends that he hired from his previous company. They don't care about the people even though they say they do. And I always got the feeling that I couldn't trust any of them. Made me miss the previous CEO, he was a great and kind leader

We're working hard towards our company vision with one, three and five year goals which have remained unchanged this year. Employees who feel uncertain of their goals or the company direction are always encouraged to reach out to their manager or functional leader and we'll work to provide clarity!

Pros

Great team environment and everyone is really helpful. Great perks and benefits as well. Small team so you don't get lost in the mix or feel like just another number.

Cons

Metrics and schedule adherence standards are a bit high maintenance. Have to be in your position for at least 6 months before you can switch roles. Small team so the workload is a lot sometimes.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. This year we launched our new operating system, which has helped our team members formulate clear goals that set them up, and the organization for success. As part of this new operating system, leaders have started standing team calls with very intentional and clear guidelines for how to structure the calls. Presenting new ideas and formulating solutions are part of the standing agenda for these meetings. Implementing a chat option for rotation is a great idea and we encourage you to share this in your team calls as well.
