We're thrilled to hear that you've enjoyed working with some of the brightest engineers in the industry and that our fully remote environment has supported a great work/life balance for you. Regarding your point on the social connection aspect, we appreciate you highlighting this challenge. While remote work has its advantages, we recognize that maintaining meaningful connections is crucial. In addition to our virtual meetups and game nights, we’ve been actively working on fostering connections at the team and function levels through off-sites. We’re also creating more location-based opportunities through Crew Connections, where employees can meet up in smaller groups based on their geographic area. We hope these initiatives will continue to build stronger bonds across the company. Your feedback on the roadmap is also valuable, and we continuously work to ensure better alignment through our EOS model including accountability org charts, quarterly rocks, and monthly all-company meetings.
