Above-market pay with very competitive benefits package Strong focus on results, merit-based approach on upward mobility Plenty of exposure to leadership

Cons

Not a lot of excess resources, nimble teams with high drive and output. Be ready to work day one (but leadership and team leads are aware and reward accordingly)

Pros

Benefits and Time off. Remote work from home a few days a week.

Cons

Constant change in territories and Pay. Horrible commission plan. Managers are incompetent to help you when it comes to selling and your product. Overall dealerships have used TrueCar at some point and had a bad experience. You get slot of not interested”s and never again.
