      it is a very challenging job that keeps you interested, also they are interested in their employees and what they could do to help advance them.

      Cons

      for me sometimes I get called back in at night and makes for a long day

      Privately family owned over 70 years. Focus on long term growth, developing people, continuous improvement and supporting local communities. Staff are valued and ownership is engaged in the success of the company and the employees.

      TrueNorth Steel maintains a focus upon customer satisfaction and the highest levels of quality at all levels. This drives the culture of the company and translates into progressive and positive work environment. The leadership is down to earth and very approachable.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind other than that the company is experiencing change as the result of a well thought out strategy and change can be difficult for some individuals.
