      Pros

      I have been with the company for over 30 years and continue to enjoy the challenges and good people to work with. The owner of the company cares about his employees and the management staff is committed to continuous improvement in a positive work environment. The leadership training that the company provides to employees is awesome! Great place to work if you are willing to be a team player with a game changer mentality!

      Company is great place to have a career so no downside if you are willing to put forth good effort

      TrueNorth Steel is a very well established with a diverse product line that services many types industries from commercial to heavy industrial. The ownership is very committed and caring to his employees. This culture creates a supportive team environment. TNS has a very experienced and enthusiastic talent pool that thrives on challenges and opportunities that other firms typically run from.
