      Pros

      I honestly love working at TrueNorth Steel. This company has provided me with much more than just a job. I've found friendship in co-workers, personal development growth through training the company provides, and support from management to grow within my career.

      Cons

      The company is spread out across the mid-west, which can make it difficult to develop relationships with co-workers in other cities.
