Pros

Good on employee benefits like time off, volunteer pay, sick, vacation, etc

Cons

With the merger there is a lot of changes and an attempt to mix two separate cultures. This is challenging with teams deciding which process works best and more than likely the one that is failing/or not doing as well prevails.
