I’ve worked very hard and it pays off. Everything that hold as a personal strength has paid off in this position.

Cons

Things change here....OFTEN! Communication is the most effective way of getting things done.

Pros

Great benefits all around. PTO is generous and lots of perks. Bring your pet to work. Free daycare, etc.

Cons

The people... poor attitudes all around. The employees are socially awkward and complain A LOT. Not the types to make eye contact and smile as you walk by. No 401k match which seems to be the standard these days. Pay is on the lower end of the spectrum.

Supportive, Friendly Atmosphere Full of Doggos

I really enjoy working here. I feel like we have wonderful benefits, especially health care especially since I have very real need of it. And who wouldn't be happy with all the doggos we have here? There are very supportive and approachable management and coworkers. I'm not quite sure what circumstances were going on in the 7/25/19 review, but I've never had that experience. I've always been able to talk to my managers. I have also found that my concerns are heard, surveyed with other members and were addressed accordingly when it was found to be a widespread issue. I think that we have an easy ability to bonus especially if you do what you're supposed to do: I easily bring down a second paycheck worth in bonuses. You can't be afraid to work hard here, but I think the change in benefits really ended up helping out a lot. There's additionally tons of opportunity to progress. We added new teams and new assistant manager positions. There are senior customer service positions opening up due to feedback from us too.

Cons

Technology isn't as adept as necessary - the main data system that we use gives us the most trouble, malfunctioning regularly. I also personally feel that we're promoting from within too early.
