Pros

The product that the Truv team has built is incredible, and far above and beyond the competition. The best thing about working at Truv is that our product is incredible, and there is a strong product market fit in the GTM motion.

Cons

I really enjoy working at Truv so far, and I look forward to the future. Currently, I can't think of any cons.

Pros

Truv isn't for everyone, but for the individual who is passionate about their work and expects excellence from themselves, then Truv will push you to achieve greatness. I was lucky to work at Truv with the people around me.

Cons

The leadership team is extremely passionate about Truv's mission and product, so they can be intense at times. However, understanding how to use this passion in the right way is essential.

Pros

There is always something new to learn, and employees have the flexibility to take on projects and have the trust of managers to accomplish established goal; you never get bored and you never stop learning new and exciting things. The company is 100% remote, full of super smart and talented people creating and growing a super strong product.

Cons

As in any other startup many roles require to wear several hats, but as the company grows roles are getting clearly defined, and more hand are being added to avoid severe multitasking and avoid people getting burnt-out
