Good product and smart team

Super high turnover rate, fire people left and right. Most people stay for 4-7 months tops, either fired, resign or laid off. Management wants "Culture" but if people don't stay for at least 1 year+, how can a Culture form? Not much support, they expect you to understand after they tell you what to do, they have no room/tolerance for mistakes, so you will get fired asap if you make mistakes. A software they use called time doctor, tracks your keyboard and mouse movement and takes a screenshot every 10 mins, gives you massive pressure on being"idle", you are fired if you have "idle time", pretty useless software, doesn't make you more productive, wake up. They changed the company policy from unlimited PTO to Flexible PTO, where you have only 12 pto a year, they changed that without telling any of the employees and trick people in with the so-called "Unlimited PTO", if you want to be transparent, try start with the small things. VP for product has no clue on how to manage a team and has no idea what you do and what the team does. Can also agree with the backstabbing leadership, they don't set you up for success, they will use you and once they are done with you, you're then fired. The leadership team is dreaming big with their start-up and desperately wants it to succeed while neglecting the team and not supporting the team.

Pros

Truv is on an amazing trajectory, growing fast, and accomplishing a lot. It's very exciting to be on the rocketship at Truv. High level of autonomy to learn through iteration. Very strong product market fit and huge opportunity in the market. A team that fully embraces transparency.

Cons

You must be the right person to find success at Truv. Someone who works hard and thrives in a fast paced environment.
