      Hell on earth

      Pros

      Outside of leadership, most people are nice and well meaning. I feel bad for any still there actually - way too nice for the poor treatment they receive.

      Cons

      No one outside of leadership would write any of these positive reviews. This is the worst company I've ever encountered. Unhinged leadership that speaks however they want to their teams. Completely unprofessional, rude, arrogant, toxic. No regard for your life outside of work. There's no way to sugar coat it: this company has terrible people in leadership. Stay far far away for the sake of your mental health. Forget the fact that the business isn't going anywhere - avoid the company for the horrible leadership team alone. You will be talked down to, yelled at, and spoken to like you are a nobody. If you are a good person who values respect and collaboration, look elsewhere. Truv is the antithesis of anything good.

      - Excellent product and exciting roadmap - Strong team that's building a special company - High growth, high pressure environment

      Cons

      - It's not for everyone. If you want a fast-growth startup with a lot of opportunity and high bar, this is the right place to be.

      rocket ship startup with amazing potential

      Pros

      - incredible engineering team building best-in-class products in fintech - leadership supportive and encourages initiatives by everyone - great potential to be the next generation of verification of income/employment/assets/insurance etc etc etc - the sky is the limit with consumer permissioned data

      Cons

      - no big cons, but it's a small startup so all hands on deck and little processes in place (I find this a a pro but it's not for everyone) - company still figuring out benefit structure across a fully-remote organization
