      Product works and the competition continues to jack their pricing up.

      Cons

      Management. My advice is to not trust several of these corporate shill reviews. Find a few ex-employees on LinkedIn and ask them. You’ll get the picture pretty quickly…

      A few genuinely good and capable people work here.

      Cons

      Without giving our all the horrible details, you'll be micromanaged everyday. People have been leaving this company in droves. So many people either quit or are let go in 3-6 months. GTM team has changed fully 3-4 times already. If you are considering Truv, please reconsider. Make sure you talk to past and present folks from sales and marketing before you make a decision to join. The "leadership" team will kirill you with the toxicity. Truv says they have a bias for action, but they have a bias to micromanage you and keep changing expectations and quotas. Don't even get me started about the work life balance. I can not wait to be done with this place.

      Decent product, but needs some work. Banks need to save money now, so the story is compelling

      Cons

      Lots. People are leaving in droves. Zero marketing. Management is leaving all the positive Glassdoor reviews. Micromanagers like you've never seen. Immature execs, awful in front of customers, disingenuous. If you're interviewing here, DEMAND to speak to as many sales and marketing folks as possible. You'll be Slacked and called at all hours of the evening, and on weekends.
