      Product has some value, but competition is catching up and innovating faster

      everything you're read here about the founder and upper level management is true. the positive reviews are created by the founders. reach out to as many former employees as possible. sure, some will be sour grapes, but notice what you hear the most. Ask reps if they've had to engage legal to get paid. Ask for proof. You'll see. Dig deep,

      You learn a lot. Colleagues are great profesionals. Leadership team is very transparent

      Cons

      Management and culture. Everything is urgent even when it is really not. Leadership team doesn't have people skills. They don't have good manners. Everything has to be done their way. They don't give chances to improve. If they don't like you, you're done. No work-life balance.
