      Pocket of genuinely good/capable people who unfortunately still work here

      Cons

      Without airing out all the horrendous details, here's a few summary points -You'll be micromanaged to the point of questioning your own competence. Doesn't matter how many years of experience you have, someone higher up read a book that says otherwise. -Its a revolving door. The GTM team has either quit or been fired a full 3 cycles of employees. -Tech was at one point best in class, and is now fairly table stakes. You deserve better, you've worked too hard, go somewhere else

      Good product, poor leadership

      The product could be successful if brought to market in a meaningful way. Remote work. Benefits package is good for a small company.

      Cons

      The leadership is toxic. There’s no way around it. Constant hiring and firing made it difficult to get into a good rhythm.
