      Good benefits and the HR team was ok.

      Cons

      Manager too close of friends with a few of their employees. Some agents were loud, not friendly, unprofessional and rude.

      Receptive immediate software team members.

      Cons

      No information shared in the company. No one ever knew what was happening with our product except for upper management. Upper management never communicated with anyone or introduced themselves to anyone. They didn't exist as far as we knew. Laid off nearly everyone a week before Christmas with no notice and one week severance if you worked there for over a year. They just hired multiple people in the last few months. Unethical.

      Great values as a company, wonderful team to work with. Work was really rewarding and pay was great.

      Cons

      Senior management doesn't understand the software industry and its costs. Pulled the plug on the entire team a week before Christmas with only one week severance.
