Pros

There was nothing good about this place. But it's a good place to learn stress.

Cons

Everything was just utterly horrible. Management cares more about money than clients. Clients are almost never granted refunds, even if their case was completely mishandled. The pay is not commensurate with experience. Deadlines were missed, attorneys are stressed out, hearing were missed,. Then the paralegals are expected to right all the wrongs that were done on the file. Don't work here unless you're desperate.

Pros

Tully Rinckey provides a dynamic and fast-paced environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged. Paralegals have the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and contribute meaningfully to case strategies. The firm's adoption of new legal technologies has made tasks more efficient and allows for greater focus on client service, making the work more engaging and stimulating.

Cons

Due to the fast pace and the emphasis on innovation, there is little downtime, which can sometimes lead to stress or pressure. Managing multiple high-priority tasks at once can be overwhelming, particularly for those who are newer to the firm or less experienced in legal technology.

Pros

The leadership at Tully Rinckey is exceptional in guiding and developing talent, with a clear path for career advancement. The firm offers robust training programs and regularly provides opportunities for senior associates to take on more responsibility. Employees feel that their hard work is recognized and rewarded, contributing to a positive and motivating workplace atmosphere.

Cons

The high expectations for performance can lead to long hours, which might affect work-life balance. While the opportunity to grow is exciting, balancing personal time can be a challenge, especially during peak periods of high client demand.
