Pros

It is an amazing place to showcase your talent; the work environment is highly supportive. The more you work, the better incentives you receive. The revamped bonus plan of the company substantially increases your compensation.

Cons

The compensation plan requires out-of-the-box efforts to meet targets. Advice to Management: I would like to advise management to keep on taking feedback from employees related to their work-life balance to keep on improving their job satisfaction level

Clarity of roles and responsibilities, flexible schedules, and, of course, good salary.

Cons

At times, multiple clients happen to require my services, which spikes the workload. However, my supervisors always listen to me when I speak up and find a workaround to ease the pressure.

Tully Rinckey is quite active, and thus, the onboarding was somewhat fast-paced, which prompted me to figure out some systems solo. Nonetheless, they are always ready to help. Overall, this is a place you want to be.
