Management's business practices are the oddest I have ever seen; they believe in devaluing their top performers in order to avoid having to pay them market-level salaries and bonus. In turn, these top performers, naturally, seek out other employment. As a result, the firm's DC office has experienced an unheard of 90% turnover rate in the past 24 months. Clients are unhappy, remaining attorney talent is at all all time low and Tully Rinckey has managed to single-handedly create a market full of competition by alienating the most experienced lawyers in the federal employment practice field. FYI- In case you can't tell, 99% of the glowing reviews here that sound too good to be true are just that; they were written by the firm's marketing team who specializes in the task of reputation management. OH WHERE TO BEGIN?! first off this place is based on lies they don't care about clients cases they don't even care if it's going to win or lose all they care about is if they have money. Oh and by the way who knows if a clients attorney is going to show up for the court date they probably quit 2 days prior and everyone has failed to let the client know that their attorney is actually somebody else now! Oh and be wary of the pay because someone doing a lighter job than you is probably making more than you that's why they're so hush hush on not telling anyone what someone else is making because they're ripping everyone off! Also I had no real training and information was hardly ever passed down to me so when I was only trying to do my job the information I sent out was always old news because there is NO communication and no one is on the same page here just do yourself a favor and look for another place to work seriously.
