      An efficient small law firm

      Pros

      The most efficient billing and document management systems I have seen for a small law firm that serves plaintiffs in employment law.

      Cons

      The caseloads were extremely heavy. Heavy turnover of lawyers coming and going. The benefits kicked in a month into the job and by that time I was gone.

      Pros

      It's been really fulfilling to work with all these clients and know that I work in a great firm that fights for them. I have never seen this much dedication and passion to really defend their clients well. I am so lucky to work in an environment like this, that also prides itself in professionally developing their employees too.

      Cons

      None. What's there to complain about? This law firm gives the right balance of development and work.

      Pros

      They pay attention to their marketing. The below reviews are too glowing, vague and similar to one another. They sound like they were all written by someone in the marketing dept. because they have the charisma and creativity of a robot. Just a guess as to who wrote them but in my opinion they are not real. In fairness to an honest evaluation: the benefits package is ok and I can't speak to the morale in the sattelite offices.

      Cons

      The office I did work at had the worst office environment I ever experienced. Too many office politics, constant reorganizing of the management structure (like a game of musical chairs) incredibly high turnover and countless broken promises by management. I'd rather rep myself pro se.
