      It is an amazing place to showcase your talent; the work environment is highly supportive. The more you work, the better incentives you receive. The revamped bonus plan of the company substantially increases your compensation.

      The compensation plan requires out-of-the-box efforts to meet targets. Advice to Management: I would like to advise management to keep on taking feedback from employees related to their work-life balance to keep on improving their job satisfaction level

      Tully Rinckey PLLC requires partners to organize and manage their own time entries and to draft documents directly. Well, I have found this to be tedious and draining when I am juggling client strategy. However, the firm has very reliable systems, and it doesn't take forever to catch up.
