      - Job stability. Company is constantly growing. There's a constant demand for qualified individuals, ensuring a secure position. - Career Advancement. The company is taking on larger, more complex projects. Employees are offered challenging assignments which helps increase growth. - Management Team. CVH, MH, VH, AD, & SPMs are doing a great job. Door is always open for guidance and support.

      Cons

      - Work / Life balance. Company offers reduced summer hours... but people rarely take it because they got so much on their plate. - Limited resources. There is not enough resources on a project either because no one is available or because the project cannot afford more staff. - Inflexible policies and procedures. Rigidity in company policies and procedures hinders adaptability and creativity.
