      Pros

      Learned a lot in the field. There's plenty of support, fast paced, high expectations but you learn this way if you can handle it. CEO PJD is fantastic. Willing to speak to each employee if they request.

      Cons

      HR forced me to share with them sensitive HIPAA (health) information, otherwise I would be terminated. I was not in a position to lose my job at the time so I had to "comply". No employer should do this to their staff nor should they have this kind of power over them.
