Pros

Great company, strong, disciplined work ethic and amazing benefits program. Turner truly cares about it's employees.

Cons

Not many cons but there are people who have been there their entire lives. In the long run, it's worth it as you can certainly climb the latter. Just know it will take time and you do have to be vested.
