      Large scale projects, people who work there have a lot of experience, good industry entry level positions - and honestly CEO PJD

      Cons

      Dinosaurs, reluctant to change, easily find better salaries elsewhere after 2-3 years of employment, Miami office has gone down hill

      Good people to work with, a lot of great people to learn from, plenty of opportunity too grow in such a large corporation.

      Cons

      It seemed as if, unless you had a a good relationship with upper management, you were a no one, a lot of dishonesty and lack of transparancy as well.
