Pros
Opportunity to work on large projects. Great for anyone who like challenges. Good amount of training resources for all employees.
Cons
Culture is very different from project to project. Turner's core values are great, but only if they are actually valued by project leaders. Project Safety Managers are expected to deliver result and change culture, but without resources and often not enough support. Lots of favoritism and politics, "doers" rarely get recognized, instead; recognition usually goes onto the "loudest" and "two-faced" ones on a project.
