Turner has some of the best people I have ever worked with and they really care about their people and families. They have supported every natural disaster of 2017 and gone far beyond what I would have ever expected.

Cons

They have a lot of different leadership types around the company and they don't always align with each other.

Pros

Managers dedicated to team building and continuous improvement. Opportunity to work in various departments of construction industry (estimating, cost, field, etc.). Opportunity to work on unique or high-profile projects. Overhead cost to use fantastic software and cutting-edge construction tools, like Procore, BIM360, bluebeam, etc.

Cons

Most employee seem overloaded, and work extends beyond the 10 hour workday to home life. Main office in Reston is awful.
