Discriminatory practices of management within office Sexual harassment commonplace C-suite leader was transferred from New York office to Houston office because he had been accused of sexual misconduct there. So they sent a sexual abuser to Houston as punishment rather than firing. Irresponsible. Women were relegated to the office administration tasks, pigeon-holed into office-based work rather than field work, and generally mistreated

Good people A lot of work - always busy 11 or 12 Holidays per year Vacation time is based on construction work experience Diversity is great

Cons

Compensation is not the greatest Work with them for more than 7 years and no opportunity to grow More than 50 hours of work per week (most of the time) They want diversity, but expect perfect English from no native Americans
